Yep our society has gotten to the point where we have to warn, inform, and tell everyone exactly what to do, what not to do and the potential result for not following the directions.
As a safety person I suppose I should be glad that they are informing people of the safe way out and the not safe way but oh well, sometimes it's overdone.
