Greetings

To all who are reading this, hello.

As the header suggests, I am indeed a student filmmaker currently attending a fine university to study this fine art. I do not yet know what aspect of filmmaking I want to turn into a career, but I am certain that I want to be involved in the production of films with excellent stories that are underlined with worthwhile themes. In other words, I won't be content to work on simply any movie Hollywood has to offer. In order to consider myself a succes I must become established working on films that I believe are of a higher quality and finer entertainment. I hope that in doing this I can someday be involved with films that could impact the world with their stories.

That being said, here's a bit of information about my other interests and hobbies. I'm originally a big Star Wars fan, particularly of the movies. I have delved quite a bit into the Expanded Universe (which is, simply, the vast wealth of novels, video games, cartoons, etc. that reside with in the Star Wars canon), but find my core affinity still lies with George Lucas's Original Trilogy.
More recently I've become a fan of superheroes. Spider-Man is my favorite and my primary interests lie in the Marvel continuity
(X-Men, Captain America, and the Hulk, for example), but I still have a deep admiration and respect for the classic heroes of the DC publishers. Basically, I like all kinds of superheroes.

I also have a couple of hobbies (which are more like undeveloped interests). At any rate, I have passions for storytelling and photography. If you were wondering what kind of projects I was talking about in my header, well, now you know.
I also do a bit of work on guitar and piano. Can't say for sure if anything related to that will make it here, but you never know.

Oh, and I love Disneyland.

Okay, that's all I have for now. This is my first-ever blog, so if things change up a bit (templates, pen name, etc.) don't be surprised. Keep checking back for more posts.

Pressing on
T.H. Excellence

I've been quite impressed with the "worth" of several of the films put out by Fox Faith Movies, Feature Films for Families, Sherwood Pictures, and Christiano Film Group. Have you considered working with any of them?

I don't believe I've heard of any of those, actually, save for Fox Faith. I came to know of Fox Faith when I saw "The Ultimate Gift", which I was very impressed with. I haven't extensively considered working with them, but I still see it as a viable option. I'll have to look into those more.
